We used Paramount Creations to renovate our kitchen, part of a bathroom, and retile our home. Their customer service and work was top notch. From the in-home consultation through to the installation, all staff were very attentive to what it was that we wanted and responded to our queries quickly. They kept us informed throughout the renovation process and let us know when the timeline for certain things needed to be changed up. Staff were great at talking through what each of our options were when we had to make a decision about something, and happy to discuss the pros and cons of each option. The great majority of the tradespeople that were used were extremely professional and polite and ensured that they cleaned up after themselves each time they were in the house to complete work. We are very happy with the final result, and would definitely recommend Paramount Creations - we would use them again in a heartbeat.

Oh wow! From day one the kitchen design advice and service was professional, helpful and friendly. Maddie and Dan were a pleasure to work with from the start and always came through with the goods as promised. We had some ideas, which evolved and they took it all in and came up with the wonderful design we enjoy today! Pricing and quoting was thorough and detailed, making it easy to pick Paramount over the rest. Once committed, we had a clear critical path program and Cam and the delivery team (notably Pete) stuck to it and Cam regularly confirmed the other trades attending and when, all in accordance with the program! They finished on time to the day, as promised months before! Awesome! The workmanship was high quality throughout, and their responsiveness to enquiries and minor adjustments was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Dan and the Paramount team for any job!
