Our laundry renovation process

01 Initial Meeting

Decided that you are ready to renovate your laundry? Book a free initial consultation with one of our designers through our Contact Us page, you can call, email or fill in the form.

In this meeting, one of our in-house designers will discuss what it is you are looking to achieve with your new laundry. They will also do an initial measure and discuss basic materials and layout.

02 Design and Quote

From your initial meeting, our designers will create a laundry renovation design and detailed quote. It will usually take one to three weeks from your initial meeting for the design and quote to be emailed through.

03 Accepting the Quote

Thoughts can always change after seeing the initial laundry renovation design and quote. Discuss with your designer any changes you would like to make to the design and quote and feel free to ask as many questions as you would like.

Now that you have decided to go ahead with your laundry renovation; you will need to pay for and send through the signed Project Acceptance Form.

04 Specifications

Once you are happy with your laundry renovation design, your designer will send through a specifications list to fill out. This list will include everything we would need to know before scheduling your laundry renovation, such as appliances, materials, colours and finishes. Don’t stress too much, your designer will help you throughout each process.

05 Project Manager / Check Measure Meeting

Once your specifications list is complete your designer will organise a time to meet with you and your project manager. This meeting is to double-check measurements, take notes in preparation for scheduling trades and discuss any other questions you might have.

06 Schedule

Depending on specific material lead times, we will be able to start your renovation six to eight weeks after everyone is happy with the design, quote, specification list and after the Project Manager meeting.

We will then create a detailed schedule for your laundry renovation. This will be emailed alongside an invoice so materials can be ordered.

07 Cabinetry Construction

This step will vary depending on each renovation. We will now cut the cabinetry material on a CNC machine and our in-house cabinetmakers will construct all your laundry renovation cabinetry in our Queanbeyan workshop.

08 Site Manager Meeting

The day before we are due to start work on-site, your designer will organise a handover meeting with your site manager. This meeting is to introduce you to your site manager and gives us the opportunity to go through any on-site related questions you may have. Your designer will also discuss the laundry renovation notes with your site manager to ensure a smooth transition to the on-site works.

09 On-site Works

Work on site begins! Your site manager will send you text message updates most days to keep you informed until your laundry renovation is completed. They will also be available for any questions you have about what is happening on-site.

10 Final Meeting (Optional)

We can provide the option to have a final meeting to discuss your experience and take a few photos of your completed laundry renovation, if you are happy for us to do so.
